### Return Policy

At Maison Classy, our products are printed and crafted on demand, meaning each piece is uniquely created for you. As a result, we do not accept returns for change of mind, as these custom-made items cannot be resold. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the photo or the frame.

#### Damages and issues
We highly recommend inspecting your order upon reception. If you find that your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@maisonclassy.com so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your item in perfect condition.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that all personalized items, such as custom photo prints, are non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature.

#### Refunds
If your item is damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, except in cases where a replacement is not possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the inspection and processing of your claim. If your issue is resolved with a refund, it will be credited to your original payment method.
